Submission is now open. To submit an abstract, please:

1. Create a Sciencesconf user account.
2. Download the official latex template and use this to create your abstract (max 1 page on template). Name your file LASTNAME_FIRSTNAME.pdf by inserting your names.
3. Click on the "Submit Abstract" tab on the left, then you need to "Login" with your user account.
4. You can select either "Poster" or "Talk" during submission. 
5. Submit the .pdf.
6. As "Supplementary File" submit your .tex. 
7. You will receive a confirmation email after you submit.

**Since this is a single-track conference, we will be able to accommodate 70-80 research talks, and the remaining contributions will be invited as poster presentations. The Scientific Committee will make decisions on accepted talks and posters in by July 15th, 2026.
