How to reach Milan

Reaching MORe 2026 is simple thanks to Milan’s extensive and efficient transportation network, offering convenient connections from across Italy and abroad.

By Air. Milan is served by two major international airports, Malpensa (MXP) and Linate (LIN), providing numerous intercontinental, European, and domestic flights. From Malpensa, the Malpensa Express train offers a fast and direct connection to central Milan. Linate Airport is located close to the city center and can be reached quickly by taxi, metro (M4 line), or bus. For additional low-cost travel options, Bergamo Orio al Serio Airport (BGY) connects Milan with many European destinations and is linked to the city by regular shuttle buses.

By Train. Milan is one of Europe’s main railway hubs, with extensive high-speed connections operated by Trenitalia and Italo linking the city to major Italian and European destinations. The two main stations, Milano Centrale and Milano Porta Garibaldi, are both connected to the M2 metro line, which provides a direct link to Politecnico di Milano via Piola station.
